This villa in Istria will delight you with its charm. The villa is located in the small village of Fuskulin, a 7-minute drive from the town of Porec and only 4 km from the beach. There are also 2 parking spaces available. Just 200 m away, you can enjoy Istrian specialties in a nearby restaurant. If you want to spend the day by the sea, you can relax on one of the beaches near the villa or visit the nearby aquapark.the location of this villa will really delight you. On the one hand, the quiet location of Fuskulin allows you to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful vacation in the middle of nature near the sea. Near Fuskulin there are also two small fishing villages Vrsar and Fontana, which are definitely worth a visit, especially if you want to have fun at the fishing festival.
