It comprises an entrance hall, an independent fitted and equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a sofa bed 140x190, opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with a 190x190 bed, also opening onto the terrace, an adjoining shower room with toilet and washing machine, and an independent toilet. Air-conditioning in bedroom and living room. A secure parking space is available in the residence (standard car model), WIFI included and eco-responsible fiber bed linen offered.
The Jardins Bioves and Casino district, in the center of town, is renowned for its small park hosting unique citrus sculptures during the annual lemon festival, for its sunshine, and for its quality of life with shops and beaches nearby. Bus, bus station and SNCF train station are close by, making it easy to get around Monaco, Italy and the entire region.
- Check-in time: daily (except Sundays and public holidays) from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Check-out time (except Sundays and public holidays): Before 10:00.
- Arrival outside opening hours:
For arrivals between 7pm and 10pm, there is a €60 supplement to be paid on site. No arrivals after 10 pm.
- Deposit returned 15 days after departure.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezer and dishwasher be emptied.
Glass bottles are to be deposited in town in the containers provided.
