Beautiful house located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, very close to the sea. Welcomes 8 guests. The beautiful exteriors of the house are designed so that you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On your terrace, which has views of the lake, you will find an area of sun loungers where you can tan and a porch with a sofa area and a large table where you can enjoy endless evenings with your companions. In addition, there is a second terrace with a barbecue, so you can cook great grilled dishes. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby. The interior of the one-story chalet, which has been recently renovated, will offer you the rest you deserve. The living room has AC and satellite TV. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need so you can cook in total comfort. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For sleeping, they have four rooms, all with air conditioning. Two of them have a double bed, while the others have two single beds each. A sink and two bathrooms with shower serve the home.
