What really sets the villa apart is the picturesque setting of the villa, a peaceful location surrounded by woods, a total plot of 15,000 m² and away from the tourist crowds. When you book Villa Nicol Tireli, you can also enjoy a variety of fun activities with family and friends. A children's playground, gym, basketball, mini-football, badminton, darts, table tennis and table soccer as well as a PS5 with games are at your disposal - endless fun if you ask us. The carefully considered design of the interior is another feature of this villa that really stands out. There are accents of wood, gray and dark green throughout the two floors of the villa that add to the luxurious feel of the stay. You will be pleased to know that the villa is only 8 km away from the nearest beach, as the Istrian peninsula, often called 'Terra Magica', is located on the warm Adriatic Sea. The nearest popular tourist destinations and some of the larger tourist centers such as Labin and Rabac are also only a short drive away. The historical and administrative center of eastern Istria is Labin, situated on a hill directly above the picturesque coast. Due to its extensive cultural and architectural heritage, the region is a paradise for history and art lovers. The narrow, winding streets of the old town are home to several well-preserved art galleries and workshops, as well as music festivals throughout the summer. The town is home to a number of first-class fish restaurants serving regional cuisine, as well as a large number of quiet cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Rabac, a former fishing village, now a popular vacation spot with exquisite pebble beaches, is Labin's coastal resort. When you visit this area, you will feel the charm of Istria in many ways.
