The duplex is located in the Krutenau district. The bars and restaurants here are very much in tune with the times, and the trendy galleries and boutiques have made this warm, village-like area one of Strasbourg's liveliest and friendliest.
Here you'll find the Bains municipaux, and the Zurichois fountain... All small shops are within walking distance: bakeries 2 minutes away, supermarket 6 minutes, hyper center 7 minutes.

- Parking spaces are available on the street (for a fee). I recommend the "Les Bateliers" parking lot - 20e/24h
- Krutenau bus stop (line 30) 2 min. walk
- University" streetcar stop 8 min walk
- Train station 15 min by public transport
