Apartment block. In the centre of Almería, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 300 m from the sea. Public parking 50 m extra. Restaurant, bar, café 50 m, sandy beach "San Miguel" 1.5 km. Children's playground 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
