Aperon (a-pe-ron) means Infinity in Greek and this impressive luxury villa, built entirely from local stone, represents infinity in many ways, offering private space in a high quality accommodation setting with an amazing 270 degree view of the Aegean Sea. This new villa is ideal for those seeking comfort, tranquility and seclusion, whatever the season.
The villa offers 3 independent apartments, which are available for rental all together or in combination (partial rentals) not possible July and August:
- On the main level, the Infinity Beach House above with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms.
- On the garden level, the PI (π) Beach House with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms.
- On the garden level, the Iota (ι) Guest Suite, open-plan studio.
INFINITY BEACH HOUSE

Outside, all rooms open onto a huge 270 m2 terrace, a reed pergola offering 135 m2 of shaded space, garden furniture: dining area, chairs, sofa, deckchairs, outdoor table for 10, charcoal barbecue, outdoor shower, garden, shaded outdoor parking.
PI BEACH HOUSE

Located in the garden, with its own living room, large window overlooking the sea, immediate access to the terrace, sofa bed and fully equipped modern American-style kitchen, master bedroom (queen-size bed) and designer en-suite bathroom with XL shower, a secondary bedroom (two single beds) and its own bathroom next door (X shower).
The apartment combines quality of life with the joy of a well-developed garden and easy access, while offering a view of the sea and the sunset outside. Guests can spend countless hours on the 100 m² reed-shaded private garden terrace, equipped with a dining table for 6, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
IOTA GUEST SUITE
Simple, bright and comfortable single suite with mountain views.Capacity: 2 adults + 1 child.
A large, independent 35 m2 single-space studio comprising a bedroom at the back (queen-size bed), small living room with large window overlooking the countryside, folding sofa bed in the living room, shower room & WC, kitchenette. The suite has its own 35 m2 tiled balcony with sun loungers, a small table and a large parasol.
NOTE: Pi BH and Iota GS are on the same level next door, so for holidaymakers looking for 3 bedrooms, this is an ideal solution! Both communicate with the upper level of the main villa (Infinity) via an external stone staircase to the north or a stone path to the west of the villa.
Pi BH and Infinity BH share only part of the garden and parking area, making them totally autonomous.
NOTE1: we only accept young people aged 111-12 or over at this villa!
