Villa Ursaria, gorgeous villa for 8 guests with heated pool and wellness only 6 km from of Porec and the sea.
The Villa is located in a quiet position in the village Kadumi and offers a lovely view of the vineyards. There are other holiday homes in the neighbourhood, the nearest shop is 3 km away and a restaurant is only 300 m away.
Villa Ursaria offers its guests in its enclosed garden of 950 sqm a swimming pool of 50 sqm, hot tub, 8 sun loungers, parasol, summer kitchen with outdoor dining table and 2 parking spaces.
The house is suitable for 8 people, has a living area of 180 sqm on two floors. The ground floor has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathroom. The second floor of the house has a sauna with en-suite bathroom and two more bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
NOTICE: The swimming pool can be heated until 1st November and from 1st May. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
