This tastefully decorated studio is bright and airy during the day, with a beautiful view over the rooftops of Paris.
It has a designer bathroom with shower and a modern, functional kitchen where you can cook with all the necessary equipment.
You'll also benefit from a workspace and a single bed.
The studio's location is ideal: a few minutes' walk from Paris Dauphine University and ISG for students, a few minutes' walk from the Bois de Boulogne and Victor Hugo metro station (Line 2) for exploring Paris, and close to the La Défense business district for professionals.
The apartment is fully accessible and self-contained, so you'll be able to take advantage of all the services on offer, including a high-speed fiber optic internet connection, a screen to connect your computer (with your cable), a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a hob and a fridge.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor (no elevator) of a beautiful Haussmanian building. Toilets are shared with the other tenants on the floor. They are clean and well-maintained.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 250

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
