Stay in Marseille in this magnificent 75 m2 2-bedroom apartment with air conditioning, a very large terrace with unobstructed views of the Marseille hills and a private parking space. Just 800m from the beaches and close to the Calanques!

Space
Our 75 m2 apartment on Boulevard du Sablier, 2nd floor with elevator, in a recent luxury residence. Thanks to its many windows, it's particularly bright, making it the ideal pied-à-terre for a stay in Marseille.

The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room and a large terrace with a magnificent view of the hills of Marseille's Calanques. The terrace is particularly pleasant for rest and relaxation.

The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning,
- a second bedroom with a bunk bed (double bed below and single bed above) and air-conditioning.
Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms.

A private, secure parking space in an underground garage is available.

You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are close to the apartment, either in the neighborhood or on the way to Plage du Prado (800 m). Parc Borély is 700 meters away. The Stade Vélodrome is 15 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by bike.

With a mobility lease for a period of 1 to 10 months (student, employee in training, employee in professional mobility):
- compulsory cleaning every 15 days with replacement of bed linen,
- access to the roof-top swimming pool, open and heated from April to October, 7am to 10pm.
Under a mobility lease, the price paid on Airbnb does not include electricity, hot water and internet charges, so we will ask you to pay a supplement of 150 euros per month for electricity, hot water and internet. This supplement must be paid on arrival.

As this residence is mainly occupied by owners who live here all year round, we would be grateful if you would respect its peaceful nature (no noise, no parties).

In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 250

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Neighborhood
Located in a residential area of Marseille, right next to the beaches, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city by public transport (bus 1 min walk away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. By public transport (bus), you can visit the museums (Mucem, Musée Cantini, Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches (Pointe Rouge beach is 15 min away on foot and Prado beach is 10 min away). Parc Borély is less than 10 min away on foot, and the Calanques are 10 min away by car. Near our accommodation, you'll find many restaurants and bars (Red Lion) to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for shopping (Carrefour Bonneveine).
