Newly built Villa Re with pool is set in Central Istria near the city Rovinj.
The house is situated on enclosed property of 800 sqm with well-kept lawn, pool of 32 sqm, covered terrace with dining table, covered summer kitchen and two parking spaces. In the village Svetvincenat itself there are cafés, pizzeria, supermarket, the nearest beach is 17 km away.
Villa Re for 8 guests consists of main house of 250 sqm and smaller house of 50 sqm. Both units are fully air-conditioned. The larger house spreads out on two floors. On the ground floor is a living room, equipped kitchen with dining table, a double bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and with access to the terrace. In the hallway there is another bathroom. The smaller house has a double room, living room, equipped kitchen with dining table and bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
