Villa Landa is a modern equipped holiday home with pool, located in the residential part of Labinci, 7 km from the sea and 10 km from Porec.
In just 2-3 minutes by car in Labinci and Kaštelir there are many useful facilities, from a grocery store (only 100 m from the house) to typical restaurants, cafes, agritourism households and wine roads, and the nearest pebble beaches, sports and recreational facilities are located in the tourist resort Lanterna, 9 km away.
The house is set on a fenced garden of 1300 sqm where guests have at their disposal a 32 sqm swimming pool with deck chairs, children's playground, covered terrace with seating set, table football, darts, stepper and another terrace with dining table and barbecue.
The house has a capacity of 8 people and a total internal area of 152 sqm. The larger accommodation unit consists of an air-conditioned living area with a sitting area, a dining table and an equipped kitchen leading to a covered terrace, two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a separate toilet. The smaller accommodation unit consists of a living room with a sitting area, a dining table and an equipped kitchen leading to the terrace, two double bedrooms, one with a double and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
