Villa Monspinosa is an old renovated stone house that is located on the edge of the village Dracevac, approx. 10 km from Porec and its beaches.
The house was built in 1915 and renovated in 2014. During the reconstruction a large part of the original house is kept, not only walls but some details as the front door also. On enclosed property of 120 sqm the guest have use of a 17 sqm large swimming pool and garden furniture in the shadow of a century-old tree.
Holiday house for 4 guests with a total living area of 80 sqm on three floors. On the ground floor there is a living area, equipped kitchen with dining table, shower/toilet. On the first floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom with access to the balcony, shower/toilet. On the second floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom also with access to the balcony. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
