Villa Zaneta is located in the small Istrian town of ?minj, surrounded by nature. The villa consists of two buildings - a larger and a smaller house, in which 6 bedrooms can accommodate a total of 12 guests.
The houses lean against each other, but are completely separate. Each unit has a separate entrance, which is ideal for a larger group of friends or two families who want to vacation together.
Traditional Istrian decoration with carefully selected details, gives the villa a feeling of home and comfort. In the garden of the villa there is a spacious pool surrounded by 12 sun loungers where you can sunbathe or read your favorite book. Younger guests will love the swing and slide in the garden behind the smaller house. As you walk around the villa's garden, you will come across a fountain with a small table and chairs next to it, where you can drink your morning coffee to the sound of birdsong or simply take a break from the day.
The larger house is divided into 3 parts - on the first floor there is the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a toilet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as on the second floor.
On the first floor of the smaller house, guests have two air-conditioning units at their disposal. There is a living room, a bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is an air conditioning unit in the hallway that connects the two rooms.
Both houses have a covered outdoor dining area with a spacious table and chairs where guests of the villa can serve a delicious meal.

The town is considered the crossroads of roads in Istria. Be sure to visit the remains of the 15th century town walls and the Church of St. Mihovila, built on foundations dating back to the 12th century.
Central Istria is ideal for all lovers of gastronomy and active tourism. Visit Pazin, where an unforgettable adrenaline surprise awaits you - Zip - Line, which stretches across the Pazin Cave, or explore the underground world in the company of a speleologist.
Not far from Pazin is the small town of Tinjan - famous for its delicious prosciutto. A delicacy of which the locals are proud and which is loved by visitors from all over the world. Try Tinjan prosciutto and indulge in other gastronomic specialties such as truffles and asparagus.
Only 40 minutes by car separate you from the coast where Rovinj is located - the pearl of Istrian tourism. Take a stroll through the streets of the town, enjoy the beautiful view of the open sea or relax in one of the cafés with a glass of your favorite drink!
