Casa Maddalena is a new and modern apartment, equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, smart TV and wifi internet.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a villa with garden: on the ground floor lives the owner with her husband.
Guests are given exclusive use of a part of the garden of about 400 meters, an internal parking and a table to eat outdoors.
The apartment is brand new and cared for in every detail.
The owner also owns a private beach on Lake Monate and for her guests will make a special entrance price: in the apartment you will find all the details in the guest book.
The beach also has a bathroom with shower and Maddalena will be happy to make you a great Italian coffee.
The entrance to the private beach has a cost of 13.00 eur per day per person : it is included 1 sunlounger per person
