"La Villa Lavandière", beautiful house located a stone's throw from Colmar's historic center, in a pleasant, peaceful neighborhood with private parking and a basement garage.
This character house features bright rooms with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV on one side, and a dining area and toilet on the other.
Continuing on, you'll have access to the fully equipped and furnished kitchen. On the south-facing terrace, you can relax in the Jacuzzi while enjoying the peace and quiet of the house.
On the first level, there are three bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, a 140x200 bed and two 90x200 single beds that can be joined together, a bathroom with bath and vanity unit, and a separate toilet.
On the second level, you'll find a master suite with a 180x200 king-size bed, bathroom with shower and bath, WC and dressing room.
In the basement, you'll find a sofa bed (140x200) for additional sleeping or relaxation.
Thanks to its ideal location next to the city's pedestrian zone, it occupies a strategic position during your visits, allowing you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this district during the Christmas holidays and Easter market.
All our services (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities and WIFI connection) are included in the price.
To be paid before your arrival in the accommodation: the tourist tax and the accommodation deposit only by credit card (imprint for the deposit) remotely by telephone or at the agency during opening hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm.

The house is located one minute's walk from the historic center of COLMAR, where you can stroll along the many cobbled streets, admire the typical half-timbered houses, and sample a variety of specialties in one of the many restaurants.
You can visit the town and its points of interest entirely on foot. Small shops and restaurants can be found in the nearby alleyways.
Private parking for two cars is available free of charge, just a stone's throw from the house.
By car, you can escape along the mythical Route des Vins to visit one of Alsace's charming wine villages, such as Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg or Ribeauvillé.
The house is located in the town center, close to shops and restaurants, 1.8 km from the train station, 210 m from a supermarket, 11 km from the Ammerschwihr golf course, 30 km from the Lac Blanc ski slopes and 57 km from Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airport.
