Welcome to this quiet villa in the north of Majorca, near Sa Pobla, a perfect retreat for families of up to 6 guests.
The heart of the finca is its magnificent private outdoor swimming pool, measuring 10 x 4 meters, with crystal clear water treated with chlorine to ensure a refreshing experience. The pool has a depth that varies between 1 and 2 meters, ideal for enjoying a dip during hot days. There is also a children's pool with a safe depth of 0.45 meters, perfect for the youngest members of the family. After a swim, you can enjoy an outdoor shower and relax in the hammocks next to a well-tended garden with flowers and various plants. For those who love grills and outdoor meals, the farm offers a barbecue area next to a large porch furnished with several tables and chairs for outdoor dining. From here, you can delight in the breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains on the horizon. A car is necessary and there are plenty of parking spaces outside.
Fun and entertainment are not far behind, as the property features a dedicated leisure room equipped with a ping-pong table to challenge your fellow travelers to an exciting game. The interior accommodation is equally cozy. The air-conditioned living/dining room features a cozy fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. Comfortable sofas, WiFi connection and satellite TV ensure that you feel right at home. From the living room, there is direct access to the porch and pool, making it easy to transition between spaces. The kitchen is a dream for the chefs in the family, with a spacious and well-equipped layout. It features an eating area, cooking utensils, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, large double-door refrigerator, induction cooktop and oven.
As for the rest, the farm offers two bedrooms with two single beds each, and another with a comfortable double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and closets for your comfort. The two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, offer towels and hairdryer for a complete experience. In addition, outside, you will find another full bathroom with shower for added convenience. In addition, the property has a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a crib and high chair upon request.

Events or parties such as birthdays, bachelor parties, weddings, christenings, etc. are not accepted under any circumstances.
Electricity consumption supplement: 0.45 Eur / kW. To be paid according to consumption on the day of departure directly to the owner in cash.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. The agency will send you the link via email. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
