Basement with independent access, large balcony and reversible air conditioner (cold/hot air). Freshly renovated. The apartment has a kitchenette including all the essentials for cooking (induction hob, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, Moka coffee pot and basic ingredients etc.) and a bathroom with shower and dry thermal radiator. Possibility of accommodating up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed with drawer offering a 2nd extra single bed; therefore ideal for a small family, a couple or a single person. Breakfast available (including homemade cake or bread) at a cost of €5 per person/day.
Laundry available 5 minutes away walking. Located 5 min. from the historic center (Paese Azzurro), 15 min. from the train station (FSE line Bari - Putignano) and it's easy to access by car all the tourist attractions of the region (Bari in 20 min., Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Monopoli, Ostuni, Matera, among others...) When available, we also offer excursions (personalised itineraries) for travelers who do not have a car.
