Right in the heart of the magnificent village of Maussane-les-Alpilles, this pretty house has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. On the first floor, the main house comprises a lovely living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and upstairs 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet.
The outbuilding at the end of the courtyard has two bedrooms sharing a shower room with toilet. The pleasantly landscaped exterior features a shaded terrace for summer evening meals, a 4 x 2 m alarm-protected pool, garden furniture and deckchairs for relaxing to the sound of the cicadas!
The watchwords of your stay in this charming village house will be calm, pleasure and lazing by the pool.
Cleaning and linen included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Tourist tax not included in the price (5.76€ x nb adults + 18 years x nb nights) Deposit: 2,000€ to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
