In bustling Palma we find this haven of tranquillity, the best experience to discover Palma and its surroundings. Enjoy a cosy terrace at the top of the flat, where you can relax after a fantastic day's shopping, read a book or have an apéritif with friends or family.

The modern dwelling consists of 2 floors where you can spend your holidays. As soon as you enter, you will find a spacious living-dining room with AC and Smart TV. In the same area, you will also find the open-plan kitchen with a ceramic hob and all the facilities to cook appetizing dishes. Completing the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, very well-equipped. The first one is equipped with a double bed, TV, AC, and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a trundle bed, TV, AC, and wardrobe. Closing the first floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower. Connecting through a staircase to the second floor, you will find the last bedroom, which is equipped with a trundle bed, TV, AC, and chest of drawers. Finally, concluding with the amenities of this house, we locate a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Also, if you are travelling with children, we can provide them with a cot and a high chair.

Palma's architectural heritage is impressive, with the imposing Cathedral of Santa Maria de Palma, known as La Seu, standing majestically on the waterfront. This Gothic masterpiece is just one of many historical treasures, which include Es Baluart, the Royal Palace of La Almudaina, La Lonja and Bellver Castle. Mallorcan gastronomy is another highlight of a visit to Palma. Typical dishes such as Frit, a combination of meat, potatoes and vegetables, and l'Arrós Brut, a mellow rice dish full of authentic flavours, offer a feast for the senses. Close to the beautiful beaches of Can Pere Antoni, Ciudad Jardín and Cala Mayor. They complete Palma as a perfect place for your holiday.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
