Choose this beautiful holiday home with private swimming pool very quiet for a holiday in the Var, 1h from Cannes. In a very pretty wooded garden, with a large swimming pool and several terraces, this pretty single-storey villa (except the mezzanine, which overlooks the beautiful open-plan kitchen and has a double bed) offers three bedrooms, one of which offers more independence than the other two, because it is housed in an annex adjacent to the house, with its own bathroom (but where garden furniture is also stored when not in use). The warm, bright interiors and open living rooms are ideal for friendly meetings, as are the various terrace areas in the magnificent garden. Bagnols-en-Forêt is very well named. Nestled 20km from Fréjus, in a lush vegetation, on the foothills of the Esterel, this small perched and picturesque village is hidden in splendid woodlands of more than 4000Ha, a haven of greenery and freshness. Typically Provençal, its privileged location places it as close to the sea as it is to the mountains, offering many activities: rafting, climbing, hiking in the Gorges du Verdon, gliding in Fayence, climbing in the Gorges du Blavet... In this preserved region, the climate is softened in summer by the sea breeze, which refreshes you when you sit at the restaurant terraces, on the central square of one of the magnificent villages of the Canton of Fayence, shaded by centuries-old plane trees. From the Pierre du Coucou you will enjoy a fabulous view of the Esterel with the Mediterranean as a backdrop. A bus line provides a direct link to Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël. It should be noted that the annex of this beautiful holiday rental with swimming pool in the Var is only accessible from the outside.
