Beautiful villa with all the comforts to spend a good vacation. Located 850m from the beach of Port des Torrent and 600m from a commercial area with restaurants and shops, it also has a good supermarket and butcher shop about 400m away.
The house has a fully fenced 1000m2 plot and a 290m2 built house.
On the ground floor the house has two bedrooms, one double with an outdoor bathroom with shower. A second room with two single beds of 90 joined to form a double bed of 1.80m. Suite bathroom.
