A charming and relaxing villa located in a quiet elevated area surrounded by 35,000m2 of private forest. With impressive views of the countryside and the sea of the east coast of Ibiza, but only 5 minutes drive from the city and the promenade of Santa Eulalia.

To the right, a study room with fiber optics with a sofa and access to the terrace and the garden with grass.
To the left, there is the living room with sliding doors with sofas, armchair, TV, stereo, fireplace and dining area that leads to the kitchen and with access to the terrace with views of the garden, countryside and the sea.

Exterior:
Lovely well-kept lawned garden surrounding 2 parts of the house, with plenty of space for al fresco dining and relaxation. Furnished terrace, large pool, solarium with hammocks and incredible views.
Guest House:
Located at the entrance of the main house.
Entrance is into the lounge, there is a sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen which leads to the bedroom with a double bed 160 x 2m with an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the terrace. The guest house has air conditioning.
Final cleaning: €350 not included in the price.
