We welcome you to Léon, a small, friendly coastal village nestled between forest and ocean, just 8km from the beaches of Moliets. You'll love swimming in the lake and the various water sports on offer, the courants d'Huchet nature reserve and its exceptional natural environment, the cycle paths for easy and safe cycling, the various shops and the summer market. A pleasant stay 400m from the lake to discover all year round with family or friends! Villa Bel Air is located in a residential area. It benefits from a 500m² private, fully-enclosed garden featuring a vast covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. All on one level, it comprises a living room with TV, dining room and open-plan kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub) can be supplied on request. Out of season, electric heating is extra according to your actual consumption. For more than one animal, please contact us.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating charge when heating is in use.
