Located in the heart of the resort, you can take advantage of all the summer activities and the immediate proximity of all shops and services. Explore the beaches, the marine lake and the nearby forest on foot or by bike. A unique seaside getaway you'll want to plan right away! The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor (with elevator) of a secure residence. It has a reserved parking space in the residence's secure parking lot. The private, unoverlooked terrace, with its electric awning, extends the interior living space. It features garden furniture and two sun loungers. The interior comprises a living room (TV, DVD, WIFI), dining room and open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190) each opening onto the terrace, an alcove (windowless room) with 2 bunk beds 90, a bathroom (large shower with extra-flat basin), separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
