The villa is in the residential area 'Les Moubins' in the village of Sainte Luce. Gros Raisin beach is less than 500m away and several pretty beaches are also accessible by the coastal path.
Several restaurants and the shops of Sainte Luce are within walking distance (about 700-800m).
