Come and enjoy a peaceful stay in this gîte located between the Loire and Layon rivers, overlooking the Angevin corniche and surrounded by vineyards. This small, single-storey house is sure to satisfy your desires for romantic getaways and walks in the heart of nature: explore the Corniche Angevine and the wine route and visit the cellars, hike on the GR3 which passes 100m away, canoe on the Loire or discover the city of Angers 20min away.
Completely refurbished, this Rochefort-sur-Loire gîte comprises a comfortable living room with TV, extended by a new, functional kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). Separate WC. Bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer). Outside: wooden terrace with matching garden furniture and barbecue.
The owners of the gîte live in the adjoining house, and will be happy to provide you with information on the region's attractions. There are also two holiday apartments on this 3-hectare property, where you can wander freely along the paths and around a small pond (unsecured, with roach fishing for the little ones), and meet the owners' dog and cat.
For your comfort: beds are made up on arrival, towels are provided and end-of-stay cleaning and heating are included.
Baby equipment provided on request: cot, high chair and baby bath. A 160x190cm sofa bed can be provided as an extra bed at an additional cost. Parking on the property.
