Car rental: you can rent a car at Venice and Treviso airports
By Train:
Closest station is Treviso Centrale (a 15 min walk).
Treviso is on the Venice-Udine train line.
There are frequent trains to Venice throughout the day.
You can also get daily direct trains to Rome, Florence and Milan.
You might want to change in Venezia Mestre to catch connecting trains to other western and southern destinations.

Bus number 3 or 10 to Treviso train station (or a 15 mins walk)
By Plane:
Venice Marco Polo is the main international airport in the area.
You can also fly to Treviso with Ryanair.

For those with a more adventurous spirit, the path extends all the way to Jesolo beaches. Notably, an outdoor gym is located along this path, just around the corner. Cyclists will be pleased to know that this path is also part of the Munich to Venice cycle route, and conveniently adjacent is a bike rental and repair shop.
