Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. For check-in, we'll give you access to a digital key via your smartphone, which you can use to access the apartment. You will find a set of physical keys inside the apartment.

Online check-in before arrival

All guests over 16 must submit their ID to comply with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law). We will send you a message before arrival with clear instructions on how to complete the online check-in.

Towels, linen and professional cleaning

The apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard.

We provide all bed linen and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 beach towel, and 1 hand towel per guest and bathroom.

Please send us a message to request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more.

Mid-stay cleaning

Mid-stay cleaning is available for €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). If you want us to arrange this, send us a message.

Parking

Private garage parking is free in the same building with easy elevator access to the apartment.

Remote working

If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please message us to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.

Families

We welcome families travelling with infants and offer a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a high chair upon request for €30 for your whole stay. Please send us a message to request this.

The local area - Candelaria

Candelaria is a bustling seaside town on the sunny southeast coast of Tenerife and is one of the most sought-after places for the locals to live.

Emblematic of local life on the island, Candelaria offers everything from independent boutique shops in the pedestrianized shopping street of Calle Los Príncipes to bars and restaurants for all tastes on the Avenida Maritima.

Enjoy an evening drink in the Plaza de la Patrona de Canarias with views of the famous Basilica.

There are plenty of beaches to choose from in Candelaria and neighboring Las Caletillas, connected by the promenade along Avenida Maritima.
