APARTMENT: Beautifully refurbished studio on the 4th floor facing the sea and Port Canto. It comprises a living room with sofa opening onto a terrace; a double bed; a fully-equipped kitchen with 1 fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine; a bathroom with bathtub; separate WC. Television. Internet access. Air-conditioning.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION: Beaches just a few steps from the apartment (100m), supermarket, several restaurants. Rue d'Antibes and its stores within a 15-minute walk. Parking available at the Port Canto or La Roseraie parking lots (fee payable), several free parking spaces in the vicinity of the residence. 25-minute walk to the Palais.
ARRIVALS :
Monday to Saturday, 3 pm to 6 pm. No arrivals on Sundays.
Arrivals after 6pm will be charged at 40h/hour.
