First floor: spacious living room with fireplace, separate kitchen, large games room with table soccer, TV area and library, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x single bed, 1 x crib) with bathroom (private bath/wc). 1 shower room, 2 separate wc.

The owner promotes sustainable development and eco-gestures: wood pellet central heating, compost bin, rainwater recovery for outdoor watering, aerators on taps.
