The two bedrooms, with their king-size beds and tasteful decor, offer exceptional privacy. A master suite with dressing room and private shower room on the first floor and a large bedroom with en-suite shower room upstairs promise unrivalled comfort. Neighborhood
Nexon, in the canton of St-Yrieix La Perche, has been awarded "2 Fleurs" by the Concours National du Fleurissement. As a gateway town to the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin, Nexon is a significant stop on the Richard the Lionheart Route.
The church, dating from the 12th and 15th centuries, contains treasures such as the 14th-century reliquary bust of Saint Ferréol and a 13th-century enamelled copper shrine, accompanied by an 18th-century wooden Virgin and Child. Remains of fortifications, such as the stone bell tower and the bretèche, bear witness to its past.
The 17th-century château, restored in the 19th century, is surrounded by 40 hectares of parkland, perfect for a peaceful stroll and home to the "Le Haras du Parc" equestrian center. Since 1986, it has been home to the Town Hall, with its nearby stables, guardians of Nexon's prestigious equestrian history. One of France's oldest stud farms, it has existed since the 16th century.
"Le Jardin des Sens, Passerelle entre les Générations", is a place where all the senses are awakened through different themes, such as the bark garden, the tunnel of scents, the rainbow of flowers or the therapeutic garden.
"Le Sirque - Pôle National des Arts du Cirque de Nexon en Limousin", offers shows, exhibitions, a bookshop-boutique, creative residencies, a resource center, as well as a contemporary circus festival called La Route du Sirque and a permanent big top.
Nexon offers a wooded tourist center with a campsite and a hamlet of chalets around the Etang de la Lande. Tours of the town and château can be booked in advance with René, our local greeter. Transit
The Nexon train station is available for train travel. Cab services are available for travel in the region, and bus connections are available via the TRANSPORTS NOUVELLE-AQUITAINE website.

Access to the property is via a long path across the field. It is important to note that this path is covered with stones and can be somewhat difficult for low vehicles.
