Just a 5-minute walk from the stunning coast of Torre dell’Orso, this new, first-floor apartment sleeps up to 6 people. It is ideal for families or friends who want a relaxed beach holiday with the option to explore this lesser-known but beautiful region of southern Italy.
The apartment’s open-plan living area is light and airy thanks to double glass doors which open onto a shaded balcony, furnished with a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco. Back indoors the living area has two contemporary sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The modern, kitchenette is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.
The apartment is part of a well-laid-out resort, with carefully tended gardens and a large communal swimming pool.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, which looks out over the gardens, has a contemporary double bed and a wardrobe
Bedroom 2: This sunny room has 2 single beds which can be joined together and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. There is also an additional foldable single bed available which can be added to one of the bedrooms.
Bathroom
The stylish, modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: The outdoor shower is very useful in the summer months.

Location
The town of Torre dell’Orso is blessed with fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. There are several beach clubs, which suit different ages and interests. The town is a laid-back resort with a few clubs and many excellent restaurants which will suit all budgets and tastes.
The city of Lecce is famous for its wonderful Baroque architecture as well as its Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping.
For a wide range of local produce, the twice-weekly market in Lecce (25 minutes) is a treasure trove of the finest regional produce from fish, vegetables and fruit to olive oil and cheese.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just over an hour away by car. Please note that the pool is open from the 29th of June 2024 to the 31st of August 2024
