Villa Kyane is a riadesque and luxurious sanctuary that exudes a sense of opulence and grandeur. It is a Venetian-Andalusian amalgam realised recently with help from a local architect who drew up the new set of plans.
The space
The central patio, through which you enter, has a classic fountain covered in blue-and-white azulejos from Seville, Spain, and is furnished with antique seating reupholstered in textiles by Pierre Frey. The tiled floor is strewn with kilim rugs, and the hand-painted mural of angels was inspired by the inside of a church she saw in Spain. A retractable glass roof makes the patio comfortable even in the winter.
The living room is home to leopard-print seating and yellow and red Venetian sofas, along with a hand-sculpted plaster fireplace that is as airy as lace. An adjacent dining room, separated by double-sided orange and gold taffeta curtains, has antique light fixtures the Owner picked up at a Paris flea market and a black-lacquer Chinese panoramic screen that was originally brought from a New York apartment.
The outdoor spaces are equally stunning, with a wild, lush garden, an expansive terrace, a swimming pool (there is an indoor one too for colder days), and an organic vegetable garden and chicken coop. There are two guesthouses, and when you add in the five bedrooms radiating off the main patio and the one upstairs suites, that brings the total bedroom number to eight. The beautiful Villa and riad kyane is truly a sight to behold. From its classic fountain to its lush gardens, it is an oasis of beauty and tranquility. Every room is filled with vibrant colors, antique furniture, and unique artwork that reflects the owner's personal style. It is truly an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The villa is only rent in exclusivity, you will be the only guests during your stay.
You can enjoy all the villa common parts and outdoors.

If you require more bedrooms, it is possible depending of the chosen villa.

The number of guests or the number of participants can be changed up to 7 days before your arrival. To add a guest contact your agent.
An extra guest always generates an extra fee. Spare beds can be booked once all the bedrooms of the villas are occupied and paid for. We exceptionally accept spare beds reservation without a full capacity occupation for children under 12 years old and baby beds.

Deposit : the day of your arrival, your concierge will ask you for a deposit. Generally a card number.
Alcohol : since we do not have any licence. We cannot buy or transport it for you. But you are welcome to bring your wine, and we will serve it with pleasure without any cork-fee.
External Guest : we require the guest list before your arrival. It might populate Extra Guest fees. Our policy is clear about any form of prostitution, in case of early check-out or cancelation regarding this particular matter : no refund will be made.
