Welcome to Saint-Aygulf, a small seaside resort between Fréjus and Les Issambres where everything is by the sea. You'll have the pleasure of staying in this magnificent Mediterranean-themed house with private pool and terrace equipped for the sunny days the Côte d'Azur has to offer. And for even more comfort, you'll be just 250m from the sea and 5 minutes' walk from the beach.
Welcome to Saint-Aygulf, where we offer you a lovely house to rent in a small, quiet condominium, offering you a sublime setting as close to the seaside as it is to the town center.
You'll also be 30 minutes from Cannes, around 50 minutes from Nice airport and 1h10 from Toulon airport.
The house comprises :
A fully-equipped kitchen separate from the living room, opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a second bedroom with two bunk beds (4 single beds), ideal for children.
Both ground-floor bedrooms open onto a small garden.
A bathroom with bath and WC completes the night area.
A vast, light-filled living room with large bay windows and electric shutters runs along the main terrace overlooking the pool.
The dining room with its large dining table opens onto the living room, while two non-convertible sofas and a number of armchairs create a relaxing corner with TV and internet box.
Upstairs, a large mezzanine features a master suite (closed) with private terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with a 140x190 double bed and shower room with WC.
The sleeping area features a 140x190 sofa bed on the open-plan mezzanine overlooking part of the living room.
Outside, a large terrace with sun loungers by the pool, a large dining table with parasols on the terrace, and a sheltered barbecue area.
The house is located in a small condominium secured by an electric gate. Four car parking spaces are adjacent to the house.
Location :
Located 250 meters from the sea and 5 minutes' walk from the nearest beach, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, banks, post office, etc. in the vicinity.
There are plenty of local activities for all ages, including :
Scuba diving and exploration, jet skiing, towed buoys, pedal boat hire, kayaking, water skiing, boat hire, water park, amusement park, buggy rides, hiking on the emblematic customs trail.
You'll be spoilt for choice to fill your long summer days with family and friends.
TRAVELER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4pm at the accommodation address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
