3-bedroom apartment for up to 5 people, ideally located in the town center, surrounded by shops, 3 minutes from the nearest beach. Numerous water sports activities are available just a few minutes from the apartment: jetski, towed buoy, paddle, boat trips, private beaches, water park, buggy rides...
Welcome to Saint-Raphaël, a 3-room apartment for up to 5 people, comprising 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (160x200) and a sofa in the living room for 1 person, a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a shower room and separate toilet.
The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator, in a closed and secure residence with indoor parking. It is not air-conditioned, but equipped with 3 remote-controlled fans, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room.
The apartment is brand new and has been completely renovated and refurnished for maximum comfort.
Ideally located, you'll be right in the center of town, just 3 minutes from the beach, with all the local shops within walking distance: pharmacy, café, bakery, tobacconist, restaurant, snack bar, butcher's, hypermarket, ice-cream parlour, etc. What's more, staying right in the center of town means you'll be able to get around using the many public transport services available in the area.
There's plenty to do within a few minutes' drive: towed buoys, boat trips, paddling, jetskiing, private beaches all along the coast, restaurants with their feet in the water, night markets, amusement parks, but also in the Esterel, where you'll find some of the most beautiful hiking trails, buggy rides, near the beach or in the Esterel.
TRAVELER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay, and will be greeted in person upon arrival.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be required for tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
