Superb 157m² chalet for 10 people located on the top floor of the Les Hauts Forts 1 residence with direct access by private elevator. Wifi internet access. TV.
Shoe dryer at the entrance. A few steps lead up to the living areas. A second entrance leads directly into the living room.
Ground floor: On your right, a first suite with 2 single beds 80x200, TV, shower room and WC. A bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190, TV. Shower room and separate WC.
On the left is a bedroom ideal for two children, with a single bed and relaxation area with TV. There's also a mezzanine with an 80x190 single bed. Next door, a second suite with double bed 160x200, TV, separate WC and bathroom with whirlpool bath.
Continuing down the hallway, you arrive in the large living room, where you can relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace overlooking Place Jean Vuarnet, Lake Avoriaz and the ski slopes. The large dining room with open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, traditional and microwave ovens, 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, wine cellar) will provide you with a pleasant moment of conviviality. In this room, a staircase leads to a reading corner, followed by a double bed suite (160x200) with TV and en suite bathroom.
