The building's elevator leads to the 3rd floor, then you have to go up a few steps (10 in total) to access the apartment. This building offers a very beautiful panoramic view and is located directly on the shore of Lake Salò. The city centre and all amenities are within a 5-minute walk. Art and history lovers can visit the new "MU.SA" museum, Salò museum (50 minutes walk), walk along the shopping streets or visit the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani", Gabriele D'Annunzio's house, in Gardone Riviera (2 km away). The region is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Don't miss a visit to the historic centre of Toscolano Maderno and a stroll on its seaside promenade! The picturesque villages of the lake from the jetty (500 m) and practice various sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, diving, horse riding, hiking and mountain biking.
