In the commune of Coti-Chiavari, less than a kilometer from the beach, we offer you this charming 216 m² house with sea view, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,100 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:

The house is ideally located in Coti-Chiavari, in very pleasant surroundings, close to the sea and the maquis. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.

A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
