As you enter your vacation home, the warmly furnished open-plan area with kitchen, dining and living area invites you to spend relaxing moments there. The existing fireplace for colder days will also create a perfect, romantic atmosphere. The wooden ceiling rounds off the idyllic ambience. On the second floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and terrace. The town is located in the Lim Valley and Rasa Valley, 355 meters above sea level. This unique part of Istria offers many attractions - beautiful landscapes and cultural heritage. ?minj and its surroundings are known for hiking and cycling, as well as for agritourism, which has been developed in many surrounding villages. The town traditionally celebrates one of the most popular folk festivals in Istria - Bartulja (end of August). This is dedicated to the patron saint of ?minj, St. Bartholomew (in the church of St. Bartholomew).
