At the heart of the building is a large room, divided by a stone arch into intimate living and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen, immaculately integrated into the original structure of the villa. The traditional wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and a cozy open fireplace are matched with tasteful furniture and comfortable sofas and armchairs and complemented with all the benefits of a modern retreat: A/C, WiFi, underfloor heating, as well as 3 modern bathrooms. Beautiful stone walls surround the lawned garden, adorned with a variety of flowers, fragrant trees and green hedges. The enticing pool is perfectly situated next to the charming, shaded pergola with the traditional built-in barbecue, as well as the covered loggia with a dining table, the perfect place for al fresco dining and relaxation while enjoying the magnificent views. Villa Orah is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.this vacation home offers peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, yet is only a short drive from the major tourist centers of Istria ?
