Exclusive Villa for 10 people, with direct access to the sea, located on the seafront, completely renovated, with private pool and outdoor jacuzzi with sea views. with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.It has a double wood or charcoal and gas barbecue. The house is surrounded by a garden and has several areas of sofas and hammocks and Balinese beds both on the ground floor and on the very large terrace located on the first floor, also with impressive views of the sea.On the ground floor there is a large entrance, from which we access the spacious living room with views of the sea and this in turn also open to the large kitchen, finding between them a room with a beautiful hanging fireplace. The kitchen is of very high quality and all the appliances and furniture are designer. It also has direct access to a porch with a high table and stools. Next to the kitchen there is the guest toilet.From the living room we access the front terrace where the outdoor dining room is located in front of the pool. Also located is the master bedroom, with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom, with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet, toilet.On the first floor there is also another living room, and 3 bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom each, with shower, sink, toilet.
