Gîte located in a small medieval town in the Gâtinais region, crossed by numerous small streams and rivers, offering pleasant, peaceful walks. You can stroll through the streets to enjoy the typical old architecture of the houses where you may find on your way a church dating from the 10th and 12th centuries, the Joan of Arc house dating from the 15th century...
Just 100 meters from shops and the Château de la Motte, rebuilt in 1609... It's also just 20 minutes from Montargis, nicknamed "The Venice of the Gâtinais" with its 132 bridges and footbridges!
An ideal place to stay for family, friends or business. The house has its own private entrance, with a few steps leading up to the 1st floor to a first terrace and the entrance to the gîte. From this terrace, you can access the private garden by descending the spiral staircase.
A fitted kitchen and dining room, a bathroom with toilet, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) leading to a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms: one with a double bed 160x200 cm and a single bed 90x190 cm, and the other with a double bed 180x200 cm.
The first floor of the house is dedicated to the owner's professional reflexology and wellness practice. The entrance to the practice is via the garden gate. The garden will be separated by a hedge so that there is no vis-à-vis between the passage of the practice's clients and your private part of the garden.
The garden (currently being landscaped) is semi-enclosed, as a stream called "La fausse rivière" runs alongside it.
Public parking in the street.
All-inclusive price: heating included, bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels included and end-of-stay cleaning included. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Arrival from 4pm and departure at 10am.
