Magnificent 110-square-meter apartment in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
This spacious, comfortable chalet with a splendid view of the Mont Blanc range is perfect for a mountain break with family or friends.
It measures 110 square meters, has 4 bedrooms with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to 8 people.
You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities.

Quietly situated in the heart of nature, the chalet is fully equipped.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: parking, thermomix, raclette machine, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, hairdryer, fridge and small freezer in the basement, washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement, etc.
In addition, you'll have :
- an outdoor ski shelter ;
- a large balcony terrace with table and parasols;
- a lovely garden with trampoline.
This family chalet is a haven of peace nestled in the heart of the mountains. It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The large 4,000 m² garden is ideal for children's tobogganing and first ski runs. The chalet is also the ideal starting point for many outdoor activities, winter and summer alike.
In winter, you can go hiking or snowshoeing in the Planet cradle, located right next to the chalet. You can also ski at Les Grands Montets, Le Tour or Le Flégère, Brevent.
In summer, you can hike to the Col des Montets, or climb to Lac Blanc in the Aiguilles Rouges. You can also climb the Aiguille du Midi and experience the "step into the void". The chalet is also close to numerous mountain bike trails and itineraries.
In summer, a three-space private parking lot is available close to the chalet.
For everyday shopping, there's a "Marché U et Drive" supermarket just a four-minute drive away.
You'll have a free travel card for internal train services between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttle service (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Location
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic town center and a multitude of activities on offer in winter and summer alike. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point of the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
