New 90m² house, sleeps 8, air-conditioned living room + 90m2 terrace and Spa (6 pers). House 10 minutes from the beach by bike and 5 minutes from all amenities. The cycle path passes in front of the house. The gate is electric and secure. Ground floor: large main room with fully-equipped kitchen, master suite with king-size bed (180cm), private shower room and toilet, additional separate toilet with washing machine, first floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm), small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, shower room and toilet, (cot + highchair). Possibility of renting household linen (25€/pers.) and optional cleaning (150€.) Please remember to book these services in advance. In addition, we can lend you equipment for children (potty, cot, alarm bracelet for the pool...) Free wifi access, large TV, games and books for children.
