The villa "Alisée" is a recent, air-conditioned house for 4 to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and private pool. The house is 10 minutes from the beach by bike and 5 minutes from all amenities. The cycle path passes in front of the house. The gate is electric and secure. The main living area comprises a lounge and dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, etc.). A shower room with washing machine. Two large bedrooms: the first with a 140cm bed. And the second with 2 wrought-iron 90cm beds. (Small garden with a secure swimming pool surrounded by a wooden terrace, a barbecue, garden furniture with deckchairs and a parasol. Possibility of renting household linen (25€/pers.) and optional cleaning (100€.) Please remember to book these services in advance. In addition, possibility of lending equipment for children (potty, cot, alarm bracelet for the pool...) Free wifi access, large TV, games and books for children.
