The villa "la pinede" is an air-conditioned house for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and private pool. The house is 10 minutes from the beach by bike and 5 minutes from all shops. The cycle path passes in front of the house. The gate is electric and secure. You enter the main room. It is air-conditioned and comprises a TV lounge area and a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven, traditional oven, fridge-freezer, etc.). Shower room with washing machine, separate WC. Three bedrooms: two with 140cm beds (one with canopy), and the third (very small) with 2 90cm bunk beds (cot + high chair). In the garden: the swimming pool is secured by a fence and surrounded by a wooden terrace, a barbecue and garden furniture with deckchairs, parasol... Possibility of renting household linen (25€/pers.) and optional cleaning (120€.) Please remember to book these services in advance. In addition, we can lend you equipment for children (potty, cot, alarm bracelet for the pool...) Free wifi access, games and books for children.
