The house is located in L'Escala in a small seaside resort in the Province of Girona , south of the magnificent bay of Rosas.
L'Escala was a fishing hamlet in the 17th century, despite the tourism the village has kept it's traditions cultures & historical past ex: the ruins of Empuries and the salt muséum, other medieval village like Pals & Perratalada are only a few miles away.
This single storey house is surrounded by its Mediterranean garden, with parking space on its ground.
