The CH4 apartment features a bright and spacious living area, with high ceilings and very large windows, which flood the place with light. A large dining table, seating area, AC and heating complete the set up of this very comfortable apartment. Windows offer premium views of Rua do Carmo, Elevator of Santa Justa and the shopping alley. Step out of the building and reach the Convento do Carmo via the newly built Carmo Gardens, to admire the surviving arches and structures from the 1755 earthquake. Walk a bit further to get to Bairro Alto and the many restaurants and clubs in the area. Enjoy very easy access to all amenities, attractions, theaters, restaurants and shops. CH4 can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, with 8 people staying in pre installed beds in the bedrooms and remaining in sofa beds.
The living room has very high ceilings, a dinning table for 10, as well as the seating area with comfortable sofas and a large TV. The apartment is equipped with a separate kitchen, equipped with all basics and extra equipment should you decide to have a home made meal. Both bathrooms have a bathtub and shower head. Supple soft bath towels, and premium toiletries are provided free of charge as well as a hair dryer.
The award winning Portuguese architect Siza Vieira designed this building respecting the traditional facade, but adding modern interiors with all comforts of modern life. The apartment features AC and heating.
