A real quiet rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being in the heart of the port, beaches, shops and activities.
The rental is ideally located 20m from shops, 150m from the port and 400m from the beach.
You can park your vehicle in the underground parking lot of the media library where the owners have a subscription, and not touch it again during your vacation.
The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful air-conditioned living room composed of the kitchen semi-open to the living room.
For the sleeping area, you will find an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a convertible sofa in the living room.
For amenities, you have a separate bathroom and toilet.
As for the exteriors, you have a beautiful and large sheltered terrace between the buildings equipped with a table, chairs, parasol and deckchairs.
These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires.
You have an internet box with wifi.

We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations.
The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included and included in the price.
For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.
All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra.
Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival by check or in cash, it is not cashed and returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
You will be asked for a resort or civil liability insurance certificate.

Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.).
The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
